A man has been stabbed to death in a fight in Ilford, east London.
Police said they found the 19-year-old suffering from stab injuries after responding to reports of a disturbance outside Owen Waters House in Fullwell Avenue, at 22:20 GMT on Tuesday.
The victim was given first aid by police and paramedics but died at the scene.
The Met said inquiries were ongoing to inform his next of kin and no arrests have yet been made.
A Section 60 Order was put in place for whole of Redbridge borough until 06:30, the force added.
Police are establishing if the stabbing is linked to a fire at some nearby garages at about the same time.

So far this year, nearly 130 murder investigations have been launched across London.
Three investigations have been carried out by the British Transport Police and 124 have been investigated by the Metropolitan Police.
In the borough of Redbridge there have been five murder investigations in 2019 – three of which have been as a result of fatal stabbings.

A forensic tent is still outside the tower block of flats marking the spot where the teenager died.
There is no blood visible and the body has been taken away, but residents have been telling me about rising tensions in the last few weeks.
The block – just off a main road in Ilford – is known as a meeting point for drug dealers and people told me the issue is “rampant”.
They have also described a lot of “youth disturbance and violence” in the area and expressed their fear, anger and shock.
Officers have been coming in and out of the block and they are also trying to work out whether a burnt-out car is linked to the fatal stabbing.
